Hélène Darroze at Hotel Maria Cristina

Following huge success in summer 2016, celebrated chef Hélène Darroze, who holds two Michelin stars in London and one in Paris for her eponymous restaurants, will return to Hotel Maria Cristina in San Sebastian to host a three-month ‘pop-up’ restaurant.
Acclaimed Chef Darroze presents her personal interpretation of the Basque cuisine.
For lunch and dinner will offer different delicious menu proposals with an elegant and professional service in an affordable and relaxed atmosphere.
MARIA CRISTINA BREAKFAST
You’ll want to linger each morning over a second cup of coffee while you take in the sumptuous 1912 decor and slice of San Sebastian history represented by the grand breakfast room.
The tempting selection includes fresh fruit, Basque cheeses, smoked salmon, a wide variety of hot dishes and, for Asian guests, Congee soup. All bread, cakes and fruit pastries are baked in-house each morning.
Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
