THE HOTEL MARIA CRISTINA CLOSES ITS DOORS TO PREPARE FOR ITS CENTENARY
- Refurbishments to improve service systems, rooms and public areas started on 9th October, allowing the hotel to be ready for the celebration of its centenary in July 2012.
- At a press conference held at the beginning of October, Michel Nader, the hotel’s General Manager, stressed that the hotel would retain its Belle Époque style, but that it would be renovated to meet today’s needs.
- Last October 9th, the Hotel Maria Cristina, a Luxury Collection hotel, closed its doors in order for work to begin on its total refurbishment and upgrading to ready the hotel for the celebration of its centenary in July 2012.
